Three days without smokes I haven't been angry today or grumpy which is a improvement I haven't craved as much I hope I can quit for good

Smoking

It's really hard to quit smoking especially when u have anxiety and anger issues and smoking is how you calm down. Any tips on how to overcome that and what to do when your stressed grumpy or angry I really want to quit but I need to learn how to control my stress and anxiety and especially my anger. Anybody got what I'm going through would love some import thanks.

Quit smoking

Have been one day without a smoke and body starting to feel better and exercising more. I saving a lot more money for feels great.
