Thanks to everyone for their support ❤️ just so ppl are aware I am vaping which isn't ideal for some but I believe we all have different ways of quiting the yucky habbit of smoking and thi s is my way of doing so. wen I first started I was on 50mg and now down to 25mg in three months. The goal for me is to cut down to a lower amount then give up completely on vaping. The greatest thing is now I am feeling a lot healthier ,exercising more without feeling like I can't breathe 😂 and with my savings I'm going to treat myself to a holiday. I wish everyone the best on their journey as I continue on mine. 😝💓
Yay I've got 2 my 3 month milestone, a lot less cravings but they do still pop up,,, but haven't had a puff at all, I haven't got a issue with being around smokers, and all round feel better for the decision to quit. Happy journeys everyone.
Can't believe I'm at 1 month so happy I've stayed strong on this journey but I know it's not over yet. I still get craving urges and have triggers. Thank u 2 everyone for ur comments and support. And a thank u to my pod lol if it wasn't for it things would've been 10000 times harder
Today marks my 3rd week being smokefree, I won't say its easy but I'm determined to stay on my journey. There's days that I just get that sudden urge/cravings to reach for one whether it's a happy or sad moment, smoking had become a normal part of my routine. I live around smokers which I don't find challenging it's my own thoughts and cravings that's the challenge. Hopefully the urges will settle in time...... I'm just not very patient 😂😂
Yay I'm at my 2 wk mark of being smokefree. It's been a struggle on some days and easier on others but Im happy I've made the decision to quit 😊 definitely recommend a pod device if someone is finding it difficult to quit
