Never thought I'd see it this far. Still the little voice, craves, and tired sleepless nights.
I think the little voices are due to habitual smoking at various trigger times and places. Need to sort this.

Took the dog out before bedtime for her constitution, temp 6.0c and no wind.
Just about gagged with all the log fires ...... mmm I have my sense of smell and taste back.
At least twenty two days has achieved something.

3 Weeks today

Interrupted sleep again last night, seems to be the "norm". Getting fed up with being so tired during the day.
Same 'ole, same 'ole with the crave and voices in the head.

Been another hard one looking for a smoke after meals.
Must admit the early morning crave has softened somewhat.

Five golden rings

Day five...a little more calmer than yesterday.
Looking forward to a smoke free Christmas.
Slight sense of smell returned.
Methinks my taste buds have been destroyed with smoking.

Hard....boy is it hard, those who have never smoked are lucky but have no idea how hard it is to give up. My own fault really, should have known to quit much sooner. However still on the path to "free" time and thanks to those who have supported me. Dear I say I'm looking forward to tomorrow.....mmm.
