Feeling absolutely fantastic .. 4th day smoke free. Got through the weekend with no major hurdles. Avoided the coffee and wine ... so not only feel amazing the budget is looking healthier too.

Well day 8 .. getting there. The hardest thing I’m finding is how to fill all this extra time I have that was preoccupied with smoking 9 days ago ... hahaha
So got me a exercise bike which I’m finding helpful to distract me, but gee shows me how unfit I am.
Any other helpful distractions other then exercise 😂?
