About to have my last smoke. I seriously have to do this. Move on with my life. Not sure how but I’ve had enough!

No more shooting down to the Diary. No more spending every last penny. No more anxiety, this will settle down in time.

Any support or advice will go a long way!

    Welcome back...my best advice is once you have smoked your last cigarette...you must NEVER take another puff no matter what!..If you follow the not one puff rule you won't fail...how do you achieve this?..By willpower strength and determination...alot of practising the 4Ds...in particular Distraction...getting busy and staying busy to keep your mind off of the smokes...only focus on each day...tell yourself you won't smoke from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed...and lastly if you do take a puff start again on quitting don't give up until you succeed not every successful quit is done on the first time...you can break free 😊💪😊💪

    It's obvious You don't want to be a smoker anymore, or You wouldn't have been trying for 2+years

    Own Your Quit... determine Yourself, gather & use as many aids as You need...
    Then bash this addiction into submission!!!😤
