    Hi Death...it's never too late to quit... familiarise yourself with the 4Ds as mentioned on this site...think about whether you will go cold turkey or use NRT..nicotine patches lozenges or gum or even using a vape...focus on getting thru your day smokefree tell yourself you will not smoke from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep...it gets easier the more time that you put into your quit and you can also phone quitline for support or blog on here...lastly remember NOPE ..Not One Puff EVER if you follow this rule you won't fail...Stay strong 💪😊💪

    1. Drink (water)
    2. Do something else, Distract yourself away from smoking.
    3. Delay the urge to smoke.
    4. Deep breathe.
    Now is a good time to quit.
    You can do this.
