3 packets of tailormaids got purchased by me this week... I was, 1 and a half weeks dry, Until i lost my marbles. Now im setting it up in february, No Ciggies and Vape, No Laziness, No Music and TV... Leave the house actually Leave town, Go and see new places and eat great food. Become an adventurous person. Go home with a story everyday take a mate and video your progress to leave your kids with positive energy for after schools.

Anybody in the Poo, Spain area can join me? NOT...

    The good news is: ... You still want to quit.
    Stick to your plan, prepare for it, on your last dsay of smoking do a big clean up of smoking paraphernalia, water bottles in the fridge, call quitline now to organise a quitpack and thats it you're on your way.

    So what if you slipped up, we all do in the begining, thats ok.
    Just get back to trying again as soon as you're ready, we'll still be here.
