I'm ready to quit smoking again. I quit back in 2015 for 6 months but then picked it up again. Now it's 2020 and I am done with it. I know it will be hard as most of my friends smoke.
I know I can do this!

It will be hard B2-Amanda but you know it can be done.

Follow the 4 D's listed below
Delay - keep busy for five or ten minutes and the craving will pass.
Deep Breathe - have some time out and take those deep, full inhalations and exhalations that you usually take with a cigarette.
Drink water - carrying a water sipper bottle with you can give you that hand to mouth action, it also helps flush through any toxins.
Do something else - have a list of options so that you can keep yourself occupied.

Maybe your friends who smoke will follow you when you show them it can be done.
    Good luck.

    Hi Amanda,
I agree with my 2 buddys Blondene & Clarence.
You've already proven you can do this way back in 2015 and just like Clarence was saying.. your friends will envy you and look up to you to quit also, they're just looking for someone they know to lead the way cos smoking cost a fortune today.
Don't be scared, thats just excitement concealed knowing all the benefits that will come to you very soon,
Call quitline on 0800 778-778 have a chat with them, order a quit pack, stay tuned here for even more support and answers and you're on your way to a much better & rewarding lifestyle.
This is an achievable realistic goal where there are only winners.
To your surprise, there are no losers (ooppss, forgot about the taxs & tobacco Co)
You will be the biggest winner of 2020.
Just look at what you win... Health, Money, Time usable in a day, longer life, your senses come back, knowledge, confidence, faith, internal power to achieve goals, cleaner and nicer smelling home & car, etc the list goes on..
All of that and more just for one thing..
Just swapped for one thing, one habit only...
    Would you take it.?
All you gotta do is... quit smoking.

So what if you slip up, nobody learnt to ride a bike without falling off, same thing.
nobody gets to drive a car without having an accident sooner or later, some more than others, but you still doing it..
Same thing.. do this & you'll discover a strong powerful person inside you that you never knew existed.
See you on the bright side.. 👍😊🍷
