Don’t be disappointed. The main thing is to get back on the waka and keep going. Don’t let a lapse upset you. Learn from it, what triggered it ?...then avoid that in the future or find a healthier alternative to counteract it. Kia kaha...stay strong.

    Kia ora Blake,

as many of the quitters will know, it is normal to slip up and feel this way. Many see it as a bad thing but the way youre feeling shows how much you want to quit and also what to watch out for when you quit.

Next step now is to get back on the waka like Maori Gurl Said.

    You have got this Blake!

    All the Best

    QL Team
