Last night went out to photograph an event and my social anxiety got the best of me and smoked about 3-4 smokes.... so disappointed in myself feel like all that effort was for nothing really felt like I was getting on track being a month into non smoking

Hi Blake don't beat yourself up to much..the important lesson here is to understand what made you smoke and put in place actions to avoid this from happening know that you don't want to be a smoker again so work on getting past this and rebuilding your quit...remember smoking is not an option to support you can do this Blake 😊💪

This is not the end of Your Quit, Blake. It's merely a pot hole, on Your journey's road.
Obviously it didn't make You happy, nor ease the anxiety...
Use the trip up to help You
    The 4D's remain in place..always

Pick up-Go again-You can do this Blake, I believe in You 👍
    Stay Strong 🙂

    Don't beat yourself up.
Put the 3 or 4 smokes behind you and carry on as before.
You know you can be SMOKEFREE for a month, so now just go for the rest of your life.
