Each day gets easier but the craving for that first smoke with a coffee in the morning is still very present. I am taking it one day at a time and trying to keep myself busy and distracted so I don't succumb to my nicotine addiction. Gotta break this habit and the first step is hitting that 21 day milestone. If I can hit that then I'm sure I will be able to stay auahi kore.

    Hi Morgan..I struggled with the urge to smoke first thing in the morning too as I used to chain smoke back to back ciggys...I found having a distraction when I got up I would do the dishes and some cleaning and get son organised...it might take some time but the urges do eventually go just keep pushing thru them 😊💪stay strong!

    Congrats on ur achievement thus far that's a huge step 😍 cravings will come and go but just keep doing what ur doing and find what suits u to keep u on the right track.

    Good luck! I also found the getting up to a coffee and a smoke the hardest but replaced it with breakfast so now I get up and have a coffee and breakie as a new habit. Good luck and hope it helps :)
