So happy with with my result so far but is anyone having trouble sleeping? Waking through the night any tips

    Hi Puti...your sleep will come back to normal the further on you are in your quit...you could try herbal teas before bed or taking a hot bath and avoiding caffeine after the afternoon as quitting smoking can make you more sensitive to caffeine...well done on your days 😊👍
