After putting this off for the last two weeks I’ve finally committed myself to quit smoking my first smoke free day 12-09-19. I know it’ll be a challenge especially at work since that’s where I smoke the most but I’m here to be healthier and to be richer ☺️

You go for it. You have to take the plunge sometime.
Could you arrange a week off work to get you out of the smoking environment to begin with.
Remember, the 4 D's and One Day At A Time.
