Today has been a tough day. My heart just breaks for all those innocent people who have unfortunately lost their lives due to the hatred of those evil people.

I've definitely been shaken up all day long. I'm quite surprised I resisted all the urges I had to smoke. I was so close to relapse, if it weren't for the wise words I'd received from here, I most probably would have. In the midst of all the chaos I foolishly believed it would've helped me to cope with the news of my grandfather's health and all the other things going on. But that's not true. I decided to take out my frustration on my ceiling in the lounge. It took about 4 and a half hours to clean but after that the cravings were gone and my lounge ceiling was spotless. I've almost run out of things to clean at this point so I may need to find another outlet soon :-)

@Quitline Administration I've always loved the environment in the blogs. That extra support really does make a world of difference.
