So I’ve just gone 24 hours smoke free. Pretty impressed with myself. Treated myself to a startbucks coffee. I’ve found drinking lots of water has helped a lot so will be keeping that up. Been keeping busy has helped. Do have very little cravings for a smoke but have chewing gum to ease that off. Roll on the next 24 hours. Just taking this one day at a time. Hope all is well with everyone else on their journey to be smokefree.
