Smokefree days: 164
Total savings: $3,561 Coming up to the 6 month mark soon, and quite happy with the way things are ticking along.Finished on the patches i had weaned them down to the 7mg and was only leaving it on for less than 8 hours..I never really liked the gum so only used that as an emergency tool..I still enjoy my nicotene free vape a few times a day and am not in any hurry to ditch that as i cant see its doing any harm. All my savings are in the bank ready for me to have a guilt free spend, could be a new washing machine an e bike for me or new curtains if i keep saving i can have all three...What works for me keeping me off the ciggies is just knowing that i wasnt really enjoying them anyway and a mindset of not giving into the cravings which really become more of a distant desire anyway..Im so healthy now am walking 10kms plus daily and my breathing is super strong..Had one really weird incident the first week i quit where my lungs all bubbled up and sort of fizzed then cleared i reckon it was years of gunk clearing off my lungs, anyway didnt get a cough or sick or nothing....Please believe me when i say you can all quit just remember why you made the decission and use all the tools in the box,if i can quit after 45 plus years you can ok....TTFN

You can feel very proud Trish. Well done!!
Once you've made the break, you wonder why you didn't do it years ago.
Looking right on to your 1st Breathday now.
    Awesome result.
