Today i flushed my ciggarettes down the toilet and threw my lighter out i feel so much lighter and brighter what was the trigger went out for dinner finished eating and bingo bought a packet without thinking of the consequences. So thats me new start.

    Hi you have quit my advice is to keep on out for your triggers such as after a meal and think about what you can do to distract yourself if you have cravings..practice the 4Ds and use them to get you through...also having a sipper bottle or sugar free mints can can also think about using NRT if cold turkey is too hard...take it one day at a time and use the NOPE mantra..Not One Puff Ever..if you use this mantra you won't fail and don't forget to blog if you need help or support...You CAN break free!..NOPE💪😊💪
