    Hi Rick well done you are really going for it,i promise it gets easier each day and for me after a month the cravings seem to dissapear,, Its like a new sense of freedom..Yes you will get urges but you will get smarter about ways to deal with them..Chewing gum mints lolly pops long walks deep breathing music meditation,dog or cat cuddling,talking to family or mates,the list is endless...You will do great with your possitive attitude..
