I was sitting in my kitchen with my hot cup of tea early this morning. Looking out the window at my dumb ass sister freezing out on the veranda sporadically puffing on her cigarette. Gee give it up egg.
I don't preach the good life of smokefree, but if they ask I share my thoughts and what I've done. I'm looking after myself first. Feeling on top of it, because the cravings have gone....it's like it's a distant memory. Not saying it will stay like this from now on. But I carrying on with life and living it without the nicodemon.
Keep warm everyone and have a good day.
Better Living ❤

I had the same thoughts just a moment ago. My boarder, who has a cold at present, is outside in the cold having a smoke.
I wish he would give up. He has tried, but says he can't.
