132 smokefree days.
I can't believe how free I feel from my smoking.
A woman that smoked entirely too much through out her life.
I'll be out the front welcoming the people on to our marae. Nek minit disappear around the back to puff up a storm. Didn't drink much alcohol but made up for it by smoking like a continuous chimney during social gatherings.
Me and the workmates would pop outside for a quick ciggy...nek minit 3 smokes later omg.. It was a continuous bloody cycle.
Until 132 days ago....I've been smashing it every hour every day since Valentines Day.
My stats reckon I've saved $1,678 since then....and I'm about to collect on that ;o) my darling is whipping me away this Friday for a 10 day holiday over Brizzy and the GC .
Kia kaha my quit whanau

Maori Gurl 536 I am so thrilled for you. I can relate to your feeling of freedom. When you were a smoker did you feel trapped? I must admit I didn't, but once I was SMOKEFREE I couldn't believe the uplifting feeling of freedom I experienced.
Congratulations on your Awesome progress. Enjoy your wonderful break away.
How lucky for you to be able to escape winter for a few days.
