I'm feeling like I have a minor virus. Not sure if that's psychosomatic or something real. Given I was exposed on Thursday & Friday at work I'd believe either way. Whichever it is it's sapping my energy.

Yesterday I had an extensive nap in the afternoon. After watching the tail end of the election results I slept late this morning. Then I ended up having a nap in the afternoon.

Until I sat down to come to the Quitline site to write this I hadn't really thought about smoking today.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling 100% Bruce :( but you are lucky that you haven't been thinking of ciggies. That's the best part.

Hi Bruce - its quite normal to feel a bit sick when you first quit cigs - there are an aweful lot of toxins leaving your body so it just makes sense really. Flu like symptoms are quite common.
