Smokefree days: 28 days
Cigarettes NOT smoked: 840
Total savings: $753.20

Another quiet day. Didn't want to get up this morning so managed to sleep on & off until nearly 10. Then I was up for a couple of hours & then went back to bed for nearly 4 hours sleep.

I feel OK now, but too much sleep is going on here.

Doing some stretches when you get up will help get rid of some of the drowsiness of too much sleeping. Glad to see you're feeling better. :)

I agree .. nothing like a burst of exercise to wake you up properly and get those endorphins moving around :) Well done on your 28 days Bruce .. you will be talking in months soon :)

I've had the same kind of thing this week Bruce. I've found it pretty unpleasant too. Went out for a walk tonight although it was cold and I feel a lot different now-more awake and with it instead of fuzzy and tired. Well done on 28 days maybe plan something to look forward to even something small to get you out of house and moving get energy levels up. Great work so far keep at it :) :)
