trying again after couple years

avatar-icon

new year, new job, new me.

giving it another go. I am going to a lot stronger this round. I know my triggers and stressors....just have to stay in that mind set and keeping hands busy...

with the new starting next week. I have received the patches and lozenges... at well as investing in a Vaping device,

it going to feel like I have given myself a pay rise.

Day 0

avatar-icon

So I failed badly I’m here again trying have come to realise this is only going to work if I want it to so need to stay positive and believe in me so far I’m 9hours smoke free and only had 1 bad craving all day. I’m using patches and waiting on Quitline to call back so I can order some more as these ones are from my last attempt think that’s a step in the right direction any advice in early days would be great thanks

Back at it

avatar-icon

Hi guys

I am quitting for what could be the 100th time. First full day today. I have been smoking for 12 years and I am almost 28. My goal is to 100% say I have quit by my 30th birthday. Does anyone have any tips? I am using patches and have gum if I struggle even though I hate the taste of it. I am planning on using this blog a lot as well. I also have a list of shallow inventives to reward myself with the money I will save eg: New lipstick at 3 months, book at trip at six months etc etc. Thanks for reading :) :)
