I'm 25 been smoking since 17-18 been my 4th day without a smoke i also have asthma these 4 days have helped so much it feels so good to be able to run around the back yard with my son without needing to stop for breath or hide around the corner for a smoke ! Loving it
Day 6, have not had a ciggie 😱
The one thing thats keeping me going is noticing the benefits im getting and the benefits to come. I really miss running, so im looking forward to the day i can run without the struggle of short breath 🥵
sit in a chair, face forward, place your feet on the ground then with your finger tips touch the floor and wait...
Your breathing shortens. Just imagine smoking a 50g a week for 20 years, Because smoking is never ending.
So yeah, just felt on a share mode...
If you love the way you smoke, rotting your breath and feeling unsatisfied...
Today is the life hack to cigarettes, Every time you think of smoking, Just fill your mouth up with toothpaste or maybe you can brush your teeth.
So you now know. Toothpaste or mouthwash every hour. on the clock.
Step 2 i want you to seek yourself properly in the mirror and know that if you were a Marine, or a Doctor It would not be hard to find your self worth. So say to yourself "I am a beautiful soul ready to change the world"... Then Mouthwash, and for the rest of that hour until the next just write or Jot down how you plan to spend or save your Net Worth.
quit for the future... stuff lying in a hospital bed with clogged lungs ready to die to end up in a casket of nightmares?. 4real 4real...
Smoking cigarettes is like sticking your mouth to a car muffler or a house chimney. Smoking makes your breath stink, your clothes stink and stains your front teeth/ finger nails.
Smoking is not a calm like eating a big dinner, or chewing a big bag of lollies.
Smoking will take your breath away, not the breathing your use to either.
Im sure 99% of you's could run & do athletics, and now you cannot.
Its because of the after effects from cigarettes why your not as healthy as when you were young.
Please dont be a victim to becoming "weak"... Stay as strong as your meant to be!!!.
