A strange world with no smoke filled interruptions, a world that I can now breath freely, a world with so many new smells, a world with no morning coughing.
Still have the craves, broken sleep and tiredness...but hey just minor things.
A big thanks to Quitline and supporters. Four weeks to go before I can claim being "smokefree".

That’s great news. You’ve dug deep for this and let me reassure you that that feeling only gets better and better. It really is so wonderful to be smokefree, it’s hard to explain to those who aren’t there. Enjoy the smells (not always a blessing), enjoy the food and (sooner or later) enjoy the best sleeps you’ve ever had. Oh, and enjoy the extra money, time and confidence too.
