After a rough start to the week I can say the end of the week has definitely come back up again 😊 quitting smoking has definitely taught me that their is power in your mind..and I want to learn Yoga!..lol..my doctor is always telling me about meditation and I want to be able to shut out the negative mind chatter..soo I thought their HAS to be some benefits or people wouldn't do it..I've seen some DVDs online bur if I can save up their is a beginner Yoga class at the end of the month in town..squee I'm soo excited...I've also stuck to my gym training and lost 1.5 kilos since just last week with all my walking and gym workouts so I'm feeling alot more hopeful..I have been vaping abut but I know vaping will disappear again and I'm not actually sure why I feel the need to be vaping again as I've proved to myself I don't need to do it...anyway I just wanted to say big ups and good vibes to everyone 😊😊😘

    Glad this week has turned around for you.
    I have heard there is some good channels on YouTube that go through yoga workouts for beginners, I keep meaning to check them out myself.

    The positive? You did not smoke. Great stuff and deserves a virtual high five. Seriously good outcome.

    All the best with your yoga and meditation. I don't do either but often do the 7/7/7 breathing-breathe in for 7 seconds, hold for 7 breathe out for 7. I guess that is a form of meditation and it certainly slows the heartbeat down.

    The yoga is certainly worth giving a go.
    I've been thinking about tai chi. Sadly that's as far as i've got so far.

    Ooo Nana!!..I just googled Tai chi out of curiosity and BAM the gym in town runs a body balance class...a combination of Tai chi Yoga & Pilates!!!!..only 10.00 a class I'm so going on Friday morning to see what it's all about..squeeeee!!!!!!!
