Smokefree days: 24 days
Cigarettes NOT smoked: 240
Total savings: $322.80

Over 3 weeks! I didn't think I could do it. I probably couldn't have done it without this quitline support.

Today was a rough day and I so badly wanted to buy some smokes this morning. But deep breathes, drinking water and remembering how far I've come already, I couldn't.

I honestly feel like if I can do this, anyone can! I'm on a fitness buzz at the moment too. Eating clean and exercising. If I can quit smoking, I can do anything :)

Thanks everyone for the support this far. Has certainly helped me in my journey and hopefully my posts might help someone else.

That's was supposed to be 1st month ! Sorry I've been super busy lately so have missed your other blogs, over last winter in the initial months of my quit I got out the knitting needles - it really helped with those evenings ! You are doing really well it's NOPE everyday 💪👍😄
