At 105 days now, the cravings are not continuous anyway but are still very intense when they come on, has anyone else had this after this long? Thought it would be easier by now

i just hit two hundred days and I still get cravings. The latest trick my mind plays with me is the "Oh yeah you've beaten it, you'll be OK, just cadge one off your mates, it'll make the beer taste better". Been there learned that Nek Minnut you're back into it again. So NOPE all the way.

Oh yeah. These cravings can come in waves for a long time Lbella. In fact i was at over 200 days when i messed up and had a smoke. Worst thing i ever did.
You just gotta ride these crave waves and they will pass. It is absolutely normal. They do become a lot less frequent as you get further along.
Stay strong, and remember the basics.....NOPE - not one puff ever, ODAAT - one day at a time, and the 4D's - delay, deep breaths, drink water, & distraction. These are great tools to hang on to no matter how long we've been quit.
Congrats on 105 days smokefree. You are doing awesome.
