Afternoon sweethearts!!  Yay yay yay yay...time has flown and I'm so glad as I don't realise it until I log in and see my stats, and think "Sheeesh.....really?". My journey doing it CT hasn't been too bad, I've only experienced a few speed bumps but have remained smokefree.   The main thing that I have learnt about myself is, is that I doooooo possess some willpower which I never thought I did....but figured out I'm only weak around food, hence the reason I'm currently into my nearly 3rd week of bootcamp and totally addicted to zumba. And lets not forget, you guys have been my place to come to for undeniable understanding support, comfort, laughter, tears and confirmation....what can I say but thank you, thank you, thank you....mwuah mwuah mwuah. I've learnt alot about myself, the addiction and habit.
