I’m on day 5 smoke free. Definitely finding the cravings aren’t coming as often. Telling myself out loud “I’m a non smoker” is helping a lot. Big tester will be this weekend at a friends birthday drinks. Will not drink much as I know it’s a trigger.

Stay strong anon...when I hit day 4 early on in my quit I had to go to marae for a tangi...I ended up being the sober driver but I did have one beer..it was really getting to me throughout the evening everyone smoking...but there was food platters of hummus and cheeses so I nibbled away all evening...plus I took some mints and gum which were a real saviour for me also...I was relieved when the night was over...stay strong!😊
